Boot Size Guide
Our boots are stamped with the AU/UK size on the sole. Order in your usual US size and we will ship the matching AU/UK size. All lifestyle boots are unisex — find your row by foot length for the most accurate fit.
Adult Unisex Sizes
Applies to all unisex lifestyle boots, including women’s heel and high-top styles. Measure both feet and use the larger foot length (mm) to find your size.

Fit tip: Safety boots should feel snug over the instep with no heel slip. As with all our leather boots, the upper stretches slightly with wear — never lengthwise.
Kids & Youth Sizes
Measure your child’s foot in millimetres (both feet, use the larger) and match the row below. Fit by measured foot length, not by age.

Fit tip: Every kids’ style includes removable footbeds, so you can fine-tune the fit as feet grow. Leave about a thumb’s width of growing room in front of the longest toe.
How to Measure & Fit
Three quick steps to your perfect pair:
- Measure foot length. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and mark where your longest toe ends. Measure in millimetres from the back of your heel to the tip of your big toe. Repeat with both feet and use the larger measurement to find your size in the chart.
- Need more width? Choose a half size up. Half sizes use the exact same footbed as the whole size — they simply add extra leather in the upper for wider feet.
- Try them on properly. Try boots on standing up, wearing the socks or stockings you plan to wear, on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
Fit Notes
- Boots fit true to size. The leather stretches and molds to your feet over time, but never lengthwise.
- When trying on, there should be a slight give in the heel and about half a centimetre (≈ ¼ inch) of space between your longest toe and the front of the boot.
- The leather will stretch slightly over the instep with repeated wear.
- Classic pull-on styles run slightly wider than the original last and include extra insoles to fine-tune the fit.
- Dress styles have a slightly longer fit — some wearers go down a half or full size in these.
- Between sizes or prefer a roomy fit? Size up. Prefer a snug fit? Stay with the smaller size.
Why the heel slips at first: A little heel movement on day one is normal — it disappears as the leather flexes and molds to your foot within the first few wears.
Size conversions are provided as a guide only. Fit can vary slightly between lasts, leathers and lacing systems. If you are between sizes, we recommend measuring your feet and choosing by foot length (mm).
